2. Make an appointment. Be sure to verify that he or she is in the network and the discounted fee for service.
3. Show your Carolina Care Plan ID Card and pay for services. At the visit, present your Carolina Care Plan medical ID card to the practitioner and pay the discounted price.

If you're buying discounted products, such as vitamins or nutritional supplements, in a network store, simply show your Carolina Care Plan medical ID card when making the purchase.
